Kitchen Knives

I have a weakness for kitchen knives. Cutting peppers by a good sharp knife, whether European or Asian, gives me a physical pleasure. I have almost all brands of kitchen knives in my collection – Wusthof, Zwilling, Tojiro, Yaxell, F. Dick and a few more. My favorites are Japanese Tojiro and German F. Dick.
