Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
In the same skillet used to cook the chicken, add the minced garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the orange juice, chicken broth, honey, and cornstarch and whisk until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper.
Pour the orange sauce over the roasted chicken breasts and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
