Butter 100g
White chocolate 100g
Sugar 100g
3 eggs
Apple vinegar 50ml
Flour 200g
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
8 apples (peeled and diced)
Melt butter and white chocolate in a pot with apple vinegar and sugar. Add flour and mix in beaten eggs. Add baking soda, mix wel an pour over apples. Bake for 55 min.
