4 boneless chicken breasts
2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into chunks
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cut into chunks
Salt and black pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, mix together bell peppers, garlic, and boiled potatoes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides and place them on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Add the pepper and potato mixture to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly charred and tender.
Serve the chicken breasts with the pepper and potato mixture on the side.
